Return Policy
Returns is a scheme provided by
the company. Under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered
by company to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all
products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns
policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any
exceptions to this returns policy and the table below

0-7 days from delivery, depending on the product and provider.
Eligibility:
Returns accepted if the product is defective, deficient, spurious, not as
advertised, or delivered late.
Refunds:
The refund will be processed within 3 business days, and the refund will be credited to the original payment method in 4 business days
after approval.
Exchange:
The exchange item will be shipped in 3 business days and delivered in 4 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Many health care products (e.g., sexual wellness, diapers, health supplements,
medical devices) are non-returnable unless defective or not as described.
Process: Initiate
return through the order platform, specifying the reason and quantity.
Condition: Must
be returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
Exceptions:
Pharmaceutical items, hazardous materials, and products with less than three months
shelf life remaining are generally non-returnable.

Most new, unopened items are eligible for a full refund within 30 days.

The exchange item will be shipped in 3 business days and delivered in 4 business days.
Condition:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with serial number
or UPC intact.
Process: Contact
customer service to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number before sending items back.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened, used, or damaged products, special orders, and items returned without
notification are not eligible for return.
Evidence: For
damaged or incorrect items, unboxing videos showing all sides and the label are
often required.

packaging with receipt/invoice.
Refunds: The refund will be processed within 3 business days, and the refund will be credited to the original payment method in 4 business days after approval.
Exchange:
The exchange item will be shipped in 3 business days and delivered in 4 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used products, discounted or promotional items, and products damaged
due to neglect or improper use are not eligible.
Process: Contact customer
support to initiate a return. An unboxing video may be mandatory for claims
related to wrong or missing orders.
Exchanges:
Allowed only if products are returned sealed and in saleable condition; subject
to inspection and approval.
Damages: All
claims for missing, incomplete, or damaged products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

This policy enables easy
product return requests for customers through the platform, subject to product validations at the time
of pick-up and fraud prevention mechanisms.
This policy shall be
applicable only if the product was bought when this policy was applicable to the product. If not, the
policy provided here shall apply to the
order. It is clarified that a customer may only be able to seek a one-time replacement under this
policy, subject to the other terms provided herein.

Returning and Processing: In case
of returns where you would like item(s) to be send to the company directly. During the return, your product will
be checked for the following conditions:

Label and tags of the
Product with its name, specifications, date of expiry and MRP should be undetached and clearly
visible.

Complete Product
|
All in-the-box
accessories, freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Unused Product
|
The product should be
unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return
tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

Undamaged Packaging
|
The product’s
original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
|
The company will refuse to accept
the return, if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a
refund is to be given, the refund / replace will be processed once the returned product has been received by the
Company.
Part 3 - General Rules for a
successful Return

In certain cases where the company is unable
to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.

In cases where a product is found
damaged/defective, the company may process a replacement of the particular product.

While accepting your order, if you received a
different or a damaged product, you will be given replacement of the particular product.

For products where installation is provided by
our service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Company’s authorised personnel
shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.

For Furniture, any product-related issues will
be checked by authorised service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the
faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service
personnel opinion that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.'
